By downloading, installing, or using Cordia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Cordia is a mobile application that provides pregnancy tracking, weekly content, milestone celebrations, and journaling features. The App is provided by Christophior LLC, doing business as Cordia ("we," "us," or "our").
Cordia is not a medical application. The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including journal entries, photos, and milestone records. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Christophior LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (including authentication providers and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTOPHIOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christophior LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
